Akitikori Resources Ltd is a Private Limited Company Registered under the Nigeria companies Act of 1990 to carry out business as builders, property developers, civil, mechanical, labour contractors, mechanized farming and agriculture, allied industries like Crop farming, Livestock Farming, fish farming, piggeries, feed miles, oil miles and trading of agriculture products plus other agriculture related business. The company started operation in 2020 when it was officially registered under Nigeria Companies Act. The Company is Located and operates in Nigeria with operations in Port Harcourt, Lagos and FCT, with the following objectives.

To offers a complete portfolio of real estate services including sales and leasing of residential and commercial property, investments sales and acquisitions, project sales and marketing, property consultancy and mortgages services.
To conduct research studies and valuations surveys (with partners) upon request. To also advise individuals and corporate organizations on growth strategies and real estate investment opportunities locally and abroad and new markets.
